We are expanding our Supported Living service through a new property in Wirral.
Thanks to a partnership with Warwick Investments and Places for People, the property has been completely renovated and refurbished to provide 11 tenant flats for people we support, along with a communal lounge and staff office.
Autism Together worked closely with Warwick Investments on the building renovations and refit. The property has been purchased by Places for People Living Plus – a specialist supported living provider – who will act as the registered social landlord for the tenants.
Each flat has been prepared for the needs of the individual who is going to live there. This includes personalised colour-schemes and floor coverings, bathroom adaptations and assistive technology to ensure everyone is as comfortable and independent as possible.
The people we support can’t wait to move into their new flats.
