We’ve all woken up today in an independent Britain. This is only the second time in history a country has left the European union. In 1985 Greenland left what was then the European Economic Community.
The Autism Together team, led by the senior leadership team, will be monitoring developments very closely over the next days, weeks, months and years. We’ll do all we can to keep you informed of how these changes will impact our organisation.
It is, however, important to reassure you that we will continue to provide the same high quality services we have always provided and that the level of support you receive will be unaffected. It is business as usual.
In recent years we have faced many challenges together. Austerity has been tough on everyone but we are a stronger organisation than ever. There is nothing ahead of us that we won’t be able to handle.
