Over £1,000 was raised on 20th September when we held a fantastic evening of music and entertainment featuring our own Beathovens, plus Tony Thorpe (formerly of the Rubettes) backed by our own Make Waves music stars, popular local band Alternative Radio, Jimmy Rae and Night Train .
In keeping with the retro theme the evening began with chicken n’ chips in a basket at the Queen’s Royal Hotel in New Brighton before the event itself which was held in the fabulous Light Cinema in New Brighton.
