A team from Wirral Autistic Society’s Enterprise Centre are running in the Port Sunlight 10k on Sunday 11th May 2014. The team will be part of our activities during the fantastic family day out at Port Sunlight where there will be stalls, activities, live music, vintage fairs, food stalls, craft exhibitors, children’s rides and garden plants and flowers.

During the day there will be 10k, 5k and 1k races, so all ages and abilities can take part.

Visitors will have the chance to pot a sunflower for a £1 and then bring it back to us at our Bromborough Pool Village Family Fun Day on Saturday 26th July 2014 where we will be awarding prizes for the tallest sunflowers.

Please come and support our stalls, meet the team and hear all about us!

For the walkers amongst you, the Wirral Coast Walk is also on the same day. So if anyone fancies doing some exercise at any of these events, for a good cause, then please go contact Rick Myers for details on how to obtain sponsorship to help our Lifetime Appeal.

All the proceeds from the stalls, sponsorship, family fun day and Wirral Coastal Walk will be going towards our Lifetime Appeal, where we are raising money to build the first autism specific residential unit in the North-West here on the Wirral.

Your support would be appreciated at any of these events as it will make a real difference to people diagnosed with autism. Hoping many of you can come along and have fun with us!!!
