Wirral Autistic Society are delighted to announce that they have been shortlisted for the Wirral in Business Awards which is run by Wirral Chamber of Commerce. The Society are one of three finalists in the Community Business Category, which aims to recognise outstanding performance by a not-for-profit organisation in Wirral or a Wirral Chamber member.
Jim Strain, Director of Support Services, said “We are really pleased to be placed in this shortlist of three organisations, all of which are very well deserving. We see it as further recognition of the fantastic work carried out by all the team here at Wirral Autistic Society at work and in our range of services in the community and look forward to the Awards Evening later on in the year.”
The winner will be announced at a black tie Gala Dinner on 26th September, 2014, in Thornton Manor and promises to be amongst the biggest business events in the region with over 600 leading business people in attendance, together with the main sponsors of the competition, Wirral Radio, The Contact Company, and Park Group PLC.
