North West charity Autism Together is looking to recruit a People Director to oversee its Human Resources, Staffing, and Organisation Development Teams.

Over the past 55 years, our Wirral-based charity has grown into one of the country’s leading providers of autism services. With a workforce of more than 750 staff, we support over 400 autistic adults, and many more children and families, through our specialist services.
Autism Together is a complex, stimulating, award-winning organisation with an annual turnover of over £24m and a substantial property portfolio.
As our new People Director, you will form an essential part of our Executive Team, helping ensure Autism Together is a sector-leading employer and playing a lead role in our ambitious strategy for the future.
