Nicky Kelly is running in the upcoming Liverpool Marathon in aid of Wirral Autistic Society after her involvement with the Children & Family Service, based in Birkenhead.
Mum of two Nicky started to get involved with the Wirral Autistic Society because her eldest son Luke, who is now 6, was diagnosed with Aspergers. Nicky has found the Children & Family Service invaluable, and their parenting course helped her and her family to understand Luke’s world better, therefore knowing the best way to support him so he is happy and understood by others.
The Marathon takes place on Sunday 14th October and Nicky is asking anybody who can help her raise money, to do it through her Just Giving page here.
We wish Nicky the best of luck with her preparation and look forward to her crossing the finish line!
