It is with great sadness that we announce the death of one of our Trustees, Joyce Jackson, who passed away on 16 February at St John’s Hospice after a courageous and determined fight against serious illness.
Joyce had been involved with the Society for over 30 years, serving as a Trustee for the last 22 years and was well known throughout the Society for her fundraising, passion and commitment to improving the lives of those with autism, both locally and also nationally through her role as an NAS Councillor.
She was a constant source of inspiration to many, she will be sadly missed by us all and our thoughts go out to her daughter, Vicki and son, Mark.
