Four service users from Wirral Autistic Society took on the Port Sunlight 5km run on Sunday 11th May. All our service users were successful in their efforts and were awarded a medal at the end of a challenging day. The team had trained very hard over the past year in preparation for the event and the sense of achievement amongst everyone was palpable.

During the day’s activities, the spirits of the staff team we not dashed by the wind and rain, with team members from across the Society helping to fundraise and raise awareness of autism on our stand where members of the public came to learn about our charity and have fun ‘hooking a duck’ or having their face painted!

Despite the rain the hook-a-duck was a huge success!
