The Three Peaks Challenge
On 8th June, WAS Trustee Mike Fortune, together with his son, Daniel, tackled the daunting Yorkshire Three Peaks.
The Yorkshire Three Peaks Walk is a very demanding but rewarding walk 26 miles of climbing and little roads made even harder on the day by the heat (25 degrees). Despite all this and blisters Mike and Daniel completed the course in only 11 hrs and raised £500 for our Lifetime Appeal.
