Under the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975, it is a condition of your employment that all convictions, cautions, reprimands or warnings are disclosed, whether they are spent or unspent. Any failure to disclose information under this act will lead to automatic dismissal.
