James Greenop
More than £10,000 has been raised for Wirral Autistic Society after an appeal was set up in memory of James Greenop, the ten-year-old boy who died tragically after being in collision with a bus in Speke last month.
An on-line ‘Just Giving’ appeal was set up by James’ family and more than £5,000 had been donated in a matter of days. Funds continued to come in steadily and further donations were made at his funeral which was attended by hundreds of people.
His family have been regular supporters of the society who help support James’ cousin who suffers from autism.
