On Wednesday the 9th September, Keith Saunders, Narrow Boat Manager from our Health and Well Being Department, formally excepted the Community Waterway Adoption Certificate from Wendy Capelle, (Canal and River Trust Waterway Manager). The event took place at The Aqueduct Marina in Church Minshull.
This is for the Narrow Boat groups to continue with their community projects, set by the Canal and River Trust, on the tow paths. This offers service users opportunities to gain a voluntary recognition certificate from the Canal and River Trust.
