In 2016 we carried out a Family Satisfaction Questionnaire, these are just some of the comments we received about our Community and Vocational Service, Residential and Supported Living Services.

“Nothing is too much trouble.”
All the staff treat my son with the greatest of respect and help my son with whatever he is most happiest with.
We have not had any concerns or complaints with regards to our relative’s care in the 10 years that she has attended Autism Together.
Can’t praise them enough, we have always found our relative’s care team to be very supportive
“We are amazed at how consistently delightful all staff who have supported our relative over 10 years have been. We congratulate your staffing interview panels on their astute appointments. All staff we have encountered at work or in the community have been a pleasure to know.”
“My son attends 2 full days a week and he can’t wait to get there. He has 2 different days of activities and he loves and enjoys both days.”
“Communication is of the highest standard I have ever received.”
“It’s an organisation that understands what autism is all about (as you would expect).”
“The best place for him as he is so happy and thriving and achieving things we all thought out of his reach.”
“We congratulate you all for your hard work, dedication and professionalism.”
“I feel that I have said it all, 100% satisfied.”
“I am very pleased with all areas of service go above and beyond to support clients.”
“I honestly think they know their field in autism 1 million% – one happy user and family.”
“Spot on, they do listen to us as well. Excellent communication between residential and us.”
“Could not have had better staff if we had hand-picked them ourselves. We are listened to and not patronised.”
“It has opened up a new world to my son.”
“I am completely satisfied with my relative’s day to day life. She always appears to be happy and relaxed about returning back to the Wirral.”
“My relative has continued to gain confidence in venturing further into the community in ways which were not possible before. Small groups and being with a trusted member of staff make this possible.”
“The staff are kind and caring to our relative. They appreciate her humour and quirkiness. They have improved her independence skills and allowed her to have a voice. They understand she needs routine or she becomes anxious.”
“I feel you do very well to still maintain a “family” atmosphere with the individual units, considering how large the organisation has grown since I first knew in 33 years ago. Your choice and recruitment of staff must warrant a mention as well.”

“A great deal of patience and understanding is required to deal with my relative and I know full well that the carers possess these amazing qualities.”
“Our daughter’s immediate care team have always been supportive and available to discuss her needs with us.”
“The needs and wishes of our son are unpredictable but the way they are handled with patience and professionalism is greatly appreciated”
“Care staff are patient, supportive and dedicated and have formed a close, mutually supportive team. We consider it is very important that they get good support from management and external services in coping with our daughter’s complex needs.”
