  • Voting is on the basis of one voting paper per person. We have asked for name and postcode to prevent multiple applications being made by the same person. We reserve the right to disqualify votes if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that there has been any attempt to ‘rig’ the voting through multiple applications being made by the same person (online and hard copies)
  • Wirral Council reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice at its discretion. Any changes will be advertised at www.wirral.gov.uk/wirralwest
  • The Council is not responsible for any costs incurred through returning voting papers to local libraries.
  • Votes will only be considered as part of the decision-making process by Wirral West Constituency Committee members where a Wirral postcode has been provided.

Voting closes at 12 noon on Thursday 20th October
