Terms and Conditions

The prize draw is open to any person aged 18 and over.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Autism Together accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

There are 5 prizes available:

1st Prize – Sunshine Holiday for Two

1 week’s all-inclusive holiday in a sea-view room, to be taken sometime between April and October 2021 + £300 contribution to cost of flights

2nd Prize – Weekend Holiday Cottage in County Durham

3rd Prize – Super Car Experience – A high speed passenger ride with a professional driver at Anglesey Circuit

4th Prize – A Luxury Hamper

5th Prize – 1-night stay with dinner, bed and breakfast at The Village Hotel, Bromborough – in a family room, catering for up to 2 adults and 2 children, including a 2-course evening meal from the set menu.

All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no alternative. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Autism Together reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

The prize draw will take place at 9pm on Thursday 10th December 2020. Entries received outside of 8.45pm on Thursday 10th December 2020 will not be considered.

Draw will be allocated in chronological order, starting with the first person chosen to win first prize.

The prize winner will be notified within 14 days after the draw date.

If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified or rejects their prize, then that winner will be considered to have forfeited the prize and Autism Together will be entitled to contact the first alternative winner and award the prize to that person.

The prize winner will receive their prize via voucher which will be posted to them, at the address provided by the prize winner.

The name of the prize winner may be published on our website and social media with the prize winner’s agreement.

The outcome of the draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the outcome of the draw.

Autism Together does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

Autism Together reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the competition and these terms and conditions, if the competition cannot take place as intended for reasons beyond its reasonable control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Autism Together.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Autism Together may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

Autism Together is not responsible for any incorrect contact details provided.

Autism Together accepts no responsibility for a prize winner who is unable to take up their prize as a result of incorrect contact details being provided.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
