Last Saturday (18th July) saw Wirral Autistic Society host it’s second Family Fun Day at Bromborough Pool Garden Centre to help raise funds for the society and say thank you to the community for their support over the last year.

Over two thousand supporters and friends attended the sunkissed event which included a host of family activities including pony rides,  zumbathon, bouncy castle, petting zoo, craft stalls, bands & performances.

Organiser, Vicky Gawith, Trusts Fundraiser,  said “I would like to thank all our supporters for making the day such a huge success and we hope to see you all again next year.”

Robin Bush, CEO Wirral Autistic Society, said “It is essential that we are able to thank all our supporters across the region with events like the family fun day because it is with their help  that charity can continue to provide services to people affected by autism.

I would also like to thank all our staff who were involved with the fun day on a sunny weekend and gave up their time to help with the planning and delivery of this anuual event.”
