Autism Together are pleased to announce that they have recently become Organisational Members of the Institute of Fundraising.
The Institute of Fundraising is the professional membership body for UK fundraising. Their mission is to support fundraisers, through leadership, representation, standards-setting and education, and champion and promote fundraising as a career choice.
As part of our membership we have signed up to the Codes of Fundraising Practice, the standards set for self-regulation of fundraising underpinned by law. This means that our supporters can give with confidence, safe in the knowledge that their donation will be handled legally and spent wisely. It also means that all our activity is underpinned through a range of guidelines and laws, demonstrating our commitment to best practice, increasing public trust and increasing rate of giving.
Our team are also individual members of the Institute of Fundraising, meaning they are up to date with all events, law and training, making them more effective Fundraisers. Several of our team have achieved the Certificate in Fundraising Management.
We are proud to display the logo indicating we are organisational members of the Institute of Fundraising.
